Goro Mutsuura
Representative Director
For 25 years, Mutsuura Goro worked at the Inter-American Development Bank headquartered in Washington, DC, working on poverty reduction and sustainable economic and social development in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. In 2020, he returned to Japan and established the Goromu Association, which built a social entrepreneurship program through international exchange between young people in Japan and the LAC region. In October 2023, he established Treasure Tourism, which plans experiential tours and has developed from the Goromu project, and is promoting intercultural exchange through inbound tours from the LAC region.
Hitoshi Kajita
Senior Tourism Development Producer, Comprehensive Travel Service Supervisor
Kajita Hitoshi worked at a tourism company for 30 years. During that time, worked at amusement parks, golf courses, ski resorts, and in the transportation industry (buses and taxis). While working at the company, he acquired travel business qualifications and regional guide interpreter (Korean) certification. After leaving the company, he ran his own travel agency, and also taught Korean. Looks forward to introduce the charms of Japan, including his home prefecture of Yamanashi, to people around the world.
Emi Onishi
Tourism Development Producer, General Travel Service Supervisor, Sake Taster
Born and raised in Kagawa Prefecture, Shikoku, near the Seto Inland Sea, famous for its udon noodles, since childhood, Onishi Emi's dream has been to travel around the world. With the money saved from working a part-time during university, she traveled to Japan, Spain, and Australia, and as an adult, have enjoyed mountain trains in Switzerland, Mont Saint-Michel in France, Florence and Venice in Italy, and water sports in the beautiful Tahiti. Having traveled all over Japan, she wants to share the good things about the country with others. Also a lover of wine and sake, she's a certified sake sommelier, and also plans sake tours. JORGE TAKASHIMA🇦🇷
Tourism Development Coordinator
Although his work as an actor in Argentina was his most important professional development to date, Jorge Takashima has also worked in various areas of audiovisual media and other management fields, most notably the development of tourism and high-performance soccer. Backed by his cultural and ancestral knowledge, he has also coordinated the production of numerous tourism and historical programs and documentaries about South America, especially Argentina, for the Japanese television stations NHK, TBS, FUJI and MBS. He also coordinates tours for Argentinians to various countries around the world, such as India and Egypt. Currently cooperates by promoting Yamanashi's Treasure Tourism.
Ayumi Osada
Assistant Tourism Development Producer
Born and raised in Yamanashi, surrounded by nature, Osada Ayumi enjoys outdoor sports such as mountain climbing. Having studied abroad in South Korea and volunteered in Nepal, she was able to see the good things about Japan that could only be seen by going overseas. Now, as a member of Treasure Tourism, she wants to convey the charms of Japan to people from all over the world, and is happy for being able to promote trips to all of you!

Originally from Brazil, Julio has always sought to experience new cultures, having volunteered in Romania and studied in Japan, where he now lives and works.
