With 25 years of experience at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C., he worked on initiatives focused on poverty reduction and sustainable economic and social development across Latin America and the Caribbean. After returning to Japan in 2020, he founded Goromu, a non-profit organization promoting international exchange between young people in Japan and the LAC region through social entrepreneurship. In 2023, he founded Treasure Tourism, building on this mission through immersive, experience-based travel and promoting meaningful cross-cultural exchange between Japan and the LAC region.

With 30 years of experience in the tourism industry, he has worked across a wide range of fields, including amusement parks, golf courses, ski resorts, and transportation services such as buses and taxis. During his career, he obtained professional qualifications in travel services and became a licensed Regional Tour Guide specializing in Korean. After leaving the company, he continued working independently, operating his own travel agency and teaching Korean. Drawing on his extensive experience in tourism and his deep connection to Yamanashi, he is passionate about sharing the beauty and unique appeal of Japan with people from around the world.

Born and raised near the Seto Inland Sea in Kagawa, Shikoku, famous for its udon, she has had a passion for travel since childhood. Her dream of seeing the world began with trips to Japan, Spain, and Australia, made possible through savings from part-time work during university. Since then, she has explored destinations around the world, from Switzerland’s scenic mountain railways and Mont-Saint-Michel in France to Florence, Venice, and the beautiful islands of Tahiti, where she enjoyed a variety of marine activities. Having traveled extensively throughout Japan, she is passionate about sharing the country’s many charms with visitors from around the world. A devoted lover of wine and Japanese sake, she is also a certified Kikisake-shi (Sake Sommelier) and organizes unique sake-focused tours in Japan.

His career as an actor in Argentina was a defining chapter in his professional development, complemented by extensive experience in audiovisual media, business, tourism, and high-performance football development. Drawing on his cultural knowledge and understanding of Latin America, particularly Argentina, he has coordinated the production of numerous tourism and historical programs and documentaries for major Japanese television networks, including NHK, TBS, Fuji TV, and MBS. He has also coordinated international tours for travelers from Argentina to destinations including India and Egypt. Today, he works with Treasure Tourism to promote Yamanashi and introduce its unique attractions to visitors from around the world.

Born and raised surrounded by the natural beauty of Yamanashi, she has always enjoyed outdoor activities, including hiking and mountaineering. Her experiences studying in Korea and volunteering in Nepal gave her the opportunity to see Japan from an international perspective and discover aspects of her home country that are often best appreciated after experiencing life abroad. Today, as a member of Treasure Tourism, she is passionate about sharing the beauty and unique charm of Japan with visitors from around the world and creating travel experiences that allow them to discover the country from a local perspective.

Originally from Brazil, Julio has lived and worked in Japan after gaining international experience through volunteer work in Romania and studying abroad in Japan. At Treasure Tourism, he is passionate about sharing the unique charm of Japan, where centuries-old traditions meet modern culture, and creating meaningful experiences for travelers from around the world.
